This class will help to break down your apprehensions about starting yoga. Yoga postures are introduced in a slow and therapeutic way allowing you to safely stretch out the entire body from head to toe. I also recommend this class to more advanced yogis – sometimes we forget how wonderful it is to go back to basics.
This is a gentle, all-level, full-body, 30 minute class to wake up the entire body and mind. This is the perfect way to start your day. We use props, such as blankets and pillows in this class.
This classic Vinyasa practice is Tanya’s most popular class. Postures are sequenced together in a thoughtful and intelligent way to keep you safe and interested. We work towards poses such as arm balances, standing balances or inversions. Even though this class is described as Level II/III, Tanya will encourage you by giving you lots of variations on the poses so that you can control the level of intensity that you’re craving.
This class is designed to cater to people with a little bit of yoga experience. It’s faster paced, it’s a little sweaty and it’s a whole lot of fun. This class improves muscular strength and flexibility as well as helps to improve endurance and stamina. This class will leave you feeling energized and balanced.
*Not recommended for students recovering from surgery of any kind OR mommies-to-be
Restorative Yoga is ultimate Self-Care Time. We begin with gentle, slow-moving postures to help let go of stress in both body and mind. Then we’ll get super comfortable in passive poses supported by pillows and blankets. You can think of this as the ultimate Guided Nap.
In this 15 minute class, we will explore different meditation techniques to help you to let go of stress and anxiety. The meditation can be done sitting on the floor or in your favorite chair, lying on the floor, or even in your bed. Comfy cozy is the secret here so I recommend grabbing your favorite pillows and blankets too. Perfect for those of you out there who are curious about trying meditation.

Testimonials
Every time I take one of Tanya Dawe’s classes, I come out of savasana feeling so good, both mentally and physically. The classes are fun, challenging, but also calming and relaxing at the same time. I love that for the Vinyasa Flow classes, it's up to me to decide how far I want to go in certain poses and whether I want to do variations. Tanya is an amazing instructor and her spirit touches everybody in the class in such a positive way. I would recommend Tanya to everybody.
With over 10 years of experience and practice all around the world with yoga, meditation, and martial arts I found Tanya’s classes to be thoughtful and intelligent and I’ve rarely seen such a passionate teacher. Tanya brings you to a space where you feel light and restful yet strong and powerful. You should take a moment for yourself and give her classes a try!
Last week I participated in my second beginner's yoga class with Tanya at noon. Even though I have been taking yoga regularly for years and have been a Personal Trainer even longer, I am never too proud to go back to the basics to ensure my body is moving properly, efficiently, and effectively. Without a strong physical foundation, all my training, athletic events, and my overall ability to move will never reach its full potential. Tanya taught an amazing class that suits not just beginners but anyone regardless of their fitness level.
I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to move and learn how to move better in a safe, unpretentious, and relaxed atmosphere.
As a beginner in Yoga Practice, I can safely say that I found my yoga classes with Tanya Dawe, a welcoming and completely nourishing experience for both mind and body. Tanya was extremely effable, motivated and the whole atmosphere she creates is positive from the moment you land on your Yoga mat, through to the rest of your day where you will continue to enjoy the benefits of this fabulous discipline.
If you are curious about Yoga, you need to try Tanya’s classes, you won’t be disappointed. It just feels right. If you don’t think Yoga will be your thing, be prepared to be surprised. You can’t argue with the intro/trial prices, you have nothing to lose and truly everything to gain.
Thank you for a memorable month of Yoga practice Tanya. You have ignited a lifelong pursuit of stretchy happiness for me at least.
